I booked this appointment with Joseph on June 10th to come today. He told me he could do it if I supplied the paint. He was going to remove the wallpaper and repaint for us. Then yesterday I contacted him to confirm appointment but his phone was disconnected. Finally I got ahold of him in the afternoon and he confirmed he would be here at 930am today. I texted him at 915 confirming 930 and got this response: "I'm so sorry I'm going to have to pass im in North las vegas it's an hour drive to get there and a hour back.. I didn't realize it until you gave me the address.. the realtor I work for has a lot of work that needs done over here. Sorry for any inconvenience." My husband and I spent over an hour dealing with the paint counter yesterday and bought a bunch of paint, while also putting plans aside to be here and prepping the rooms for him. I find this to be extremely unprofessional that he casually "passed" on us and moved on about his day without a care in the world. He knew my address was in Henderson as of yesterday so he shouldn't have had a problem with it. He also should not have booked realtor stuff today when I told him 12 days ago about today. Needless to say, I will never use him or even think about using his services. Completely inconsiderate.

Joe was truly an excellent professional... got the painting project done in a timely manner.. arrived on time and kept me informed on what was going on with project... it was truly a great experience working with him.. And he even fixed my garage door opener... Thanks so much!!! 5 star service... I will have more work for him
