Round Table showed up on time and was quick with estimate. He came back and answered questions to assures. Work has not commenced but my initial impression is that they will do a good job. Will keep you posted upon completion of project.

I chose Jeremy to remodel my bathroom based on his professionalism when he gave me the initial quote, and his assurance that he would communicate and complete the job in the proposed time frame. That all went out the window on day one of the project. He was 4 hours late on day one and only worked for an hour. I was hopeful it was a fluke. Unfortunately this continued. Everyday he was 1-4 hours late, and would leave with only a couple hours of work put in. He failed to communicate his schedule and every time I questioned him about being late or leavening early he had a different excuse. Once it was that his employees were too hungover to work. Job took twice as long as I was quoted, I missed twice as much work, I never once received as much as an apology. The only thing Jeremy was prompt about was demanding payment the minute he had completed the job. Beware.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not. In fairness to every customer and because no two jobs are the same, I personally quote every job as a unique project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually I receive an overview of the project from the customer. From there I set up a walk-thru and consultation where we discuss the project in its entirety. Within 48 hours I provide the customer with a thorough estimate detailing the specific scope of work, time frames and payment schedules. If approved I begin work at the customer's desired start time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed and insured with over 10years of experience in residential and commercial construction. Enrolled in the Southeastern Wisconsin apprenticeship program in 2005 where I was professionally trained in the field by qualified journeymen.
