RG Cleaning did an outstanding job on a deep cleaning for my apartment move out!! The apartment was cleaner than when I moved in. They did very detailed cleaning that I wouldn't have thought to do. Retta was always on top of the work and she and her crew were the nicests gals. Retta made sure I was happy with everything. After they finished cleaning I didn't want to move. The sink literally sparkled. I wish I had a photo of my landlord when she saw the place. Total shock. Someone could have moved in 2 minutes after I moved out. Also Retta was a lifesaver and an angel because another cleaning company Ieft me high & dry and RG helped me out even though it was last minute. Highly recommend them. RG GETS 10 STARS from me. Very very satisfied

If I could rate this company with 0 stars I would... we hired this company back in October to do a deep cleaning on our house as we had renters in it for 4 years and my husband recently retired from the Navy so we were moving back into the area and wanted a clean home to move back into. We told Retta that our household goods were coming on Tuesday and needed the house cleaned by Monday. She assured us that it would not be a problem. She called us in the morning to inform us that she would be late due to people calling in. She then called us when she arrived at our home as we were traveling from MI to be at our house upon completion of the job. We arrived in town around 3:30. We then received a phone call from Retta telling us that she had to leave the job early because she had an emergency come up and the girl that rode with her to our house did not have a car so she also had to bring her with her. I asked her if she was going to be able to come back and finish the job as our household goods were coming at 8:30 in the morning the next day. She said she would try to get someone there but could not promise it, she then talked about how she had other job the next day but that she could possibly come in the afternoon or on Wednesday to finish. I Told her that would not work as we previously discussed I wanted our house cleaned before we brought all of our household goods into it as it was rather dirty from our renters.We then waited a couple of hours and my husband called her back only to find out that she was unable to find anybody to come and finish the job that evening. This was a huge inconvenience as we had no cleaning supplies and one-year-old twins who are tired from traveling and have nothing to do in a house with nothing in it. We had to put them in a playpen as the house was very dirty and we did not want them crawling around in it. So we cleaned the house which took us about 4 hours and that was just to get it move in ready. Retta then called us about a week later, to tell us how very sorry she was and that she would like to come and do a cleaning for free to make it up to us. So we gave her another chance as we do have a heart and wanted to understand that emergencies do happen. So we set up for her to come and clean our house on 22 November the day before Thanksgiving. We had company coming for Thanksgiving and wanted our house in tiptop shape before our guests arrived. Her cleaning company was supposed to arrive at 12 o’clock, at 12:30 when they had not arrived my husband called to see what was going on, REtta informed my husband that she was going to call and see where her cleaning crew was. My husband finally received a phone call back from her at 2:45 with numerous excuses as to why her crew never made it. She then stated to my husband, “your house just isn’t going to get clean unless I do it myself. I’ll tell you what I’m going to give you a call after the holidays to set something up .” I then sent her a message through thumbtack asking what was going on and she informed me that she spoke with my husband and would be giving us a call on Monday. It is now Saturday and we have not heard one thing from Retta. She is not only the worst cleaning company we have ever dealt with but she is the worst company we have ever dealt with. We have traveled the world and lived in many places being in the military and she is by far the saddest excuse for a business. You are better off doing the job yourself or hiring a true professional that keeps their word because she is the farthest thing from a professional.

On October 9th I arrived on time to do a deep cleaning no one was there. I had the code to get inside as we were cleaning I received a call that was an emergency, and we had to leave. I reached out to the owners and offered a free cleaning They agreed. The ladies I sent out to do the cleaning were late. I was notified by Katie's husband that the cleaners haven't arrived. I called the cleaners they informed me that they had a flat I contacted Katie's husband to inform them about the flat, I had to let those cleaners go. My receptionist scheduled a cleaning that she believed to be Katie for December 16th at 11 a.m. come to find out she was communicating with someone else's husband also about a cleaning and somehow the schedule was thrown off so all along I thought we had a cleaning scheduled with Katie December 16th at 11 a.m. I tried to contact Katie. No answer. My receptionist called Katie trying to explain the mix-up we offered a full refund on top of a free cleaning and tried to accommodate her in all aspects and make this situation better because it was an honest mistake. Katie was scheduled the entire time for December 16th at 11 a.m. which was after all someone else my receptionist scheduled in place of Katie. This was an honest mistake.
