- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer to work within the client's parameters. Each event is unique and will demand a unique approach.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial call/meeting/email, I will confirm the details of what the client needs within 24 hours. Our second communication will discuss payment for services, venue location, event times and all other pertinent information regarding their request: menu selection, number of guests, etc. Three days before event, I will confirm.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the Food and Beverage industry for well over thirty years. My positions have included both managerial and consulting duties. Very familiar with party/event planning. Have done everything from backyard parties to five star get togethers.
