This was the first time I used Thumbtack and I was getting exasperated, anxious and not really knowing where to turn or what to do and this turned out to be the best professional person I have done business with since being back in Fayetteville! Mr Kent Trader called immediately, yet he let did not interrupt me. He let me set the time. He was very nice and courteous yet a prfessional. He knew how important it was and made the appointment and was right on time. He didn't wait weeks and knowing it was mold and knowing how my emotions were he treated the situation with urgency yet calmness! He wanted the business! That's the difference between what I've seen in the attitude with other people and their what we use to call their bed side manners - which is their professional yet just plain being respectful! He went through the house thoroughly. Listened to what I had to say from beginning to end and didn't try to dismiss it as if it were nothing because in the end knowing what I had to say helped to know what and where etc. lol. Getting there may have taken a bit of patience from someone but this man never showed me any impatient at all. For that alone I thank them. For coming out when I needed them ASAP and not having to wait because timing is everything ! And the cost ! His price is what he wants it to be ! He can price it competitive and he is licensed and better than those that charge you 500.00 to 600.00.!! That's what I first thought and did my background check and Investigate!! Talking to him asking how or why the price and realizing that even when I was a real estate agent we could charge what we could agree upon with the seller and no one else cud tell us! That's its. It's competition!! They are good. This is why I'm writing this. No one gets a good honest review any more to help get them going in a small business. Hopefully this company stays this small town attitude. Let's get the word out
