- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the project. For small repairs we generally charge a fee of $25.00 per hour. However, for bigger projects we typically provide a set price based on the the length and time it will take to complete the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I come out and look at what needs to be repaired or the project. Afterwards, I generally provide a quote on the cost of the project and submit to the client. Once the quote has been approved, we set a date to begin the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years experience. My experience includes being a maintenance technician, a maintenance supervisor, an environmental supervisor, and now a business owner.
