FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard pricing is $79 for the first hour with a 1 hour minimum with each additional hour at $60 per hour plus material and cost of permit. Two man jobs are priced at $89/hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new homeowner is to schedule a time that is convenient for the homeowner, show up when we are expected, and cover any and all questions/requests the homeowner has. We may provide alternatives based on our expertise and experience, and make sure the proposed work is exactly what the homeowner wants. If we can do the work while we are they, we certainly will. In some instances we will need to comprise a scope of work and more detailed pricing and upon acceptance, schedule the work to be performed. At the end of the day, we want the homeowner to be 100% satisfied with the job! That's our #1 priority!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After 19 years in banking, I decided in 2010 to do something fun!! Seriously, I was successful in banking because my clients TRUSTED and relied on me to do what was right and in their best interests. That same philosophy is what we strive for everyday at RHS and we are licensed by NC for electrical and hvac. Our technicians have 75 years combined experience and are highly trained and up to date on all code requirements.
