I was panicked when 9 inches of snow was predicted for Raleigh. My parents, 95 and 87 years old, are still living independently in their own home, but I knew that much snow would be too much for them. At the last minute I contacted Thumbtack and the "first responder" was Advanced Solutions. They had the resources to do everything, bidding, contract, billing, payment over the Internet. This was particularly importent since I live half a country away in Wisconsin.
Communication was excellent as I had many questions. Service was excellent! Advanced Solutions did more than they had promised for the quoted price as the snow storm turned to treacherous ice.
My independent Dad started out one day to get started on the ice, but because we had a contract in place, he relented and stayed inside until Advanced Solutions got there. It could well have saved his life. It certainly gave me peace of mind. I couldn't be more pleased with Advanced Solutions. They promised snow removal, but gave so much more!

I had these guys Plow my parking lot last year. They were on top of it faster than the snow and ice came down!
