Octavio was extremely responsive and knowledgeable about cleaning and refinishing pre-engineered wood floors!!! They also restored our white tile flooring back to their original color! We will call them again soon for carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning!

READ THIS Comment: You MUST hire Tiger Dry if you want to truly be satisfied with a professional steam clean job experience. Octavio performed the job in our new home. We had just moved in and unknowingly, the previously resident never vacuumed the carpet and had multiple pets . There was over 5 pounds of hair and dander pulled from the rugs! I had been suffering from animal dander and an allergic asthmatic cough for two weeks. The steam clean was done to the carpet today and my symptoms are nearly gone!! TIGER DRY was the ONLY contractor in Raleigh that agreed to cleaning out carpet on Sunday. THANK YOU SO Much! Not only are they thorough, professional, courteous, timely, no-nonsense, but he did a great job. Definately 5 Stars and would recommend to everyone. Worth every penny. We will hire this company again and recommend to all.

Cleaning was excellent.
The owner suggested we were trying to have our carpets cleaned for free when we tried to discuss some minor damage on our hardwood floors. That was not the case. We paid in full.
Repairs were made today to the best of their capability.
At our request, we were given a partial bottle of hardwood fishing liquid instead of any cash settlement.

I am extremely pleased with my service from Tiger Dry, they let me know they were coming, arrived on time, did a very thorough job and clearly took great pride in their work. I was so happy with the job they did, I hired them to come back and clean my tile too. Highly recommend!
