Where can I start! I looked for Kelly when I had a not so great experience with another realtor that I was working with from a different real estate agency. I met Kelly initially through an email about a property that I saw a listing for. Kelly answered questions that I had and was very helpful. She followed up with me via text a week or so later to see if I had any questions about the property that I had inquired about. She was very warm and willing to help me in any way. That resonated with me, and I decided to save her cell phone number so that I could pass her info along to anyone else that I knew who may need a realtor.
I just wasn’t having a much success with my other realtor so I decided to terminate the relationship and move on to a new realtor. I remembered Kelly and sent her a text, reintroducing myself because it had been about 2 to 3 weeks since we had made contact. I was extremely impressed because she remembered me! She started sending me properties right away. I found one that I liked and we made an appointment to see it. Kelly assisted me with making a very good offer on the property which already had multiple bids in place. Long story short, I got the house!
Kelly has been much more than just a real estate agent to me, I can honestly say that I have found a new friend in Kelly. She goes above and beyond to get the job done and get you in your home!

Kelly was essential in the building of our home. She listened to all of our needs and made herself available when I flew to town to look at homes. She took care of us every step of the way. From the signing of the house, to closing. She even made sure our punchout list was complete and perfect!
