Awesome experience. We were able to relive our day through video. Jon went above and beyond to make our day perfect. He and his team are very professional, fast, easy to work with, and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend Jon if you want an amazing video to capture your special day.

We appreciated having Jon and his wife videotape our daughter’s wedding in July. They are very nice people and they have potential in this industry. Unfortunately and very sad for us was the quality of the video itself and the loss of some very important parts of the day. When I asked Jon why my daughter walking down the aisle was not recorded, he defended himself by saying “other brides have not requested that.” That is one of the most important parts of the whole day, and we would’ve appreciated him expressing regret instead of defending it. It’s painful to not have that. We believe they has the potential to do Great work in this industry. I would hope in the future though, they would treat a wedding as it were their own child’s wedding, and realize how important their job is. I wish them well.

Dear Nina, We are so sorry that you weren’t as happy with Bekah and Peter’s video as they were. Our goal of course is to satisfy every member of the wedding party, but our primary focus is meeting the needs of the couples who’s love stories we tell, and as we previously explained, the bride expressed to us that Peter’s reaction to her walking down the aisle was very important so that is where we focused during that part of the ceremony. We do appreciate your feedback and will certainly take it into consideration as we plan for ways to improve our business in the upcoming year.

Working with Jon and Zara was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. They are such a fun couple and every single wedding video they make is better than the one before. Our wedding video was not only amazingly done, but it was delivered in such a timely manner. We got our 1 minute highlight video within 24 hours of the wedding, the 5 minute video within 2 weeks, and the 60 minute full video within 3 weeks. They surprised us by showing up at our house delivering the final video in an carved wooden box with an engraved USB drive, along with wine. Everything from the communication, to the fast turnaround time, to the presentation was spectacular.
