- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is in packages ranging from $400 - $10,000 depending on the need and time commitment. My speaking fees are priced based on the needs of the group, location and desired outcome.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Coaching: After completing an online assessment, I determine the best approach and strategy to improve my client's productivity and health behaviors. I work with clients virtually and F2F in 2-3 50-minute sessions per month for 3-18 months. We cover topics such as systems and tools to build their business or help them in their job, email, task and time management behaviors, eating for energy, movement opportunities to improve creativity and stress and sleep management techniques. All of my private clients have grown their business, received a promotion or found a new job, all while working with me. If they have also received health coaching they have come off or decreased medications, lost weight and three fulfilled their dream of becoming pregnant! If hiring me for speaking, I provide an experience, not just a talk. I invite participants to email me commitments and give a 30-day follow-up. I speak on email, task and time management, personal and professional outsourcing and how to escalate your energy to increase performance at work and home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS and M.Ed. in Exercise Science and multiple certifications in Personal Training and Nutrition. I am a former Certified Productive Environment Specialist and was a corporate trainer in systems, technologies and processes for eight years.
