I really enjoyed meeting James. Along with the previous likes he was honest, explained to what he was doing and even showed me. While pressure washing the house he found that I had artillery fungus on the house and explained what that is and what it does and where it comes from which was very informative. He also mentioned something about the patina on a brass cover on the roof and how it needs to be fixed since it's been turning black. He gave me an estimate on the spot for both those things and explained the process and will have him coming back when it gets cooler since the other things are more elbow grease type work and don't want to make him suffer in this dreadful heat and humidity. Mr. Landis and his assistant did an amazing job assembling a bed and futon for me recently. They were professional, polite, efficient, punctual and they were finished, including clean up, in about an hour, possibly less. I received great service for a very reasonable price. Super nice guys! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Some of our services are standardized. For instance, for a gutter clean on a 1 story house it is 75 dollars. For a 2 story it is 125. For a 1 story house pressure wash it is 125. For a 2 story it is 200. Dryer vent exhaust cleaning is 60. Driveway pressure wash is .11 per sq/ft. We are big fans of bundling and saving. The more services we are there to do, the more we can negotiate price down. We also provide in depth annual plans designed to address all areas of your homes needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When working with a new customer, we briefly walk them through each step of the process and ensure we have the same expectations. We always give the customer a chance to voice any concerns and go more into detail should any concerns arise.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?The customer should have a good idea of what they want to get out of the project so they can communicate the needs effectively and we can deliver on their vision. I always tell my customers that there are no stupid questions! If they want to know something about what is being done to their property, it is my duty to ensure their questions are answered to their satisfaction. Great communication is the foundation of the customer relationship that we value above all else.
