- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is reasonable and customary for the service I provide. You will find very few coaches who have the years of experience and proven results I bring to our sessions. The fee is $225 for a 55-minute session on Zoom. Our work together begins on our first phone call. Hire me now and see the changes happen.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Learn the Client's desired outcomes. 2) Mutually agree to engage in a working relationship. 3) Ask pointed questions. 4) Client actively engages in answering and asking questions. 5) Agree to a plan going forward. 6) Provide the Client with an assignment to complete before the next session. 7) The client pays through Zelle or PayPal. Going forward the Client pays an hour or more before each session.

Why Me? I have helped 100s of executives and professionals obtain their targeted results whether it be with their career or business challenges, whether it be individually or in the corporation. As an Executive, I have served on 25 local, state, and national boards throughout my career and have experienced the challenges of being a person at the top. As an Executive Search Consultant, I have worked on both sides of hiring, within my own company and other corporations, and coaching those in career transition. As a former speech-language pathologist, I know the intricacies of the therapeutic approach. I work with a sense of urgency, focused outcomes, and highly confidential information. My commitment is to exceed the client’s expectations.
