We start with a free on-site consultation. This allows us to gain a better understanding of what a customer wants. It also allows us to offer our advice on the design to best meet the customers expectations.

Do your research. Don't be afraid to challenge the knowledge of the individual you are meeting with. Always meet with more than one professional so you can cross reference the advice given.
