- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer standardized pricing based on standard installations. All jobs priced in this way have a pre-defined scope of work. If something goes beyond that scope of work, the price may increase on the final invoice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will work to make sure your installation is done efficiently and in a timely manner. We offer a personalized touch, with a dedicated call center representative who will verify that you have in-depth knowledge of the price and what your installation will entail. All documentation will be shared with you via your email, from surveys to estimates and invoices, you will receive all paper work regarding your install.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Knight Enterprises holds a number of contract licenses from electrical to construction to general contracting. Our installers are low voltage certified, background checked and covered under general liability insurance.
