- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since we are in the business of repairing equipment in lieu of replacing it, our repair prices aren't inflated to promote equipment replacement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We use a flat rate billing structure. Our regular diagnostic fee is $105 but for Thumbtack customers we offer the same service for $90. The fee includes: Travel to the job and diagnosing the problem. Then we provide a quoted price for the repairs needed and get approval from the homeowner prior to providing the repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a residential and commercial heating and air license, as well as a refrigeration license.
