What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set up a no obligation appointment at the customers home. I DON T SEND SALESPEOPLE OR SUB CONTRACTORS! I am the owner , salesperson and contractor building all my projects. No middle man. I show pictures of projects we built and have samples to show my potential customers. I treat all my potential customers with respect and courtesy. If an agreement is met , I put everything in writhing and I keep all my promises. No salesoeople, no sub contractors , no gimicks. And I guarantee my prices to be the lowest using top quality material and top quality work. NO SHORTCUTS. ADDITIONALLY , I offer military , law enforcement, and senior citizen discounts.

California State Contractors License. Sears and Home Depot certified contractor. 35 YEARS EXPERIENCE

Approx 9 to 12 / sq ft including labor and material for patio covers. Windows , approx 200 to 300 / window including labor and material, depending on size and style . We will beat all legitimate estimates no questions asked.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
In 1979 there were 2 window and patio cover companies, and I started working for one of them. Stayed there 20 yrs . I was the GM. of all sales and installation operations. Got my contractors license in 1997 , 2 clarifications.

Professionals, retired seniors , military , just to mention a few . primarily single family homeowners.

Double A frame patio cover with full electrical package and ceiling fans.
