Thumbs Up and Kudos to Jacob and his hardworking crew, especially his #2 guy, Adrian, the carpenter who completed the major repairs to our 8 fascia boards (including replacing the ridge cap shingles) and all rotten window trims. Unbelievably, Jacob & crew completed this job in 4 days, and we have a big 2-story house, with pitched rooflines. The exterior painting (stucco, siding and trimwork) was done professionally, with 2 coats, and Jacob made sure we were happy with the paint colors before progressing further. They were very reasonably priced, but the reason we selected them was the fact they took care of everything we needed: replacement trims and fascia boards, roofing, and exterior painting. We would not hesitate to hire Jacob and his team again.

We had extensive dry rot damage to our siding and APS did an outstanding job with the replacement and subsequent painting to our entire exterior. APS was great to work with from the estimate process and throughout the job. Every step of the process was explained and they took the time to answer questions and give various options for the unexpected damages. The work quality was exceptional and attention was given to every detail. The work crew was professional, punctual, friendly and cleaned up after the job. The prices were competitive and well worth the quality workmanship. Our house looks like new and we are thrilled with how everything looks. Thanks again for a great experience!!!
