- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We really like to take a few minutes on the phone and make sure everyone is on the same page. We also like to do the same when we arrive at your home to do a thorough pre-inspection of the areas to be cleaned. We find this to be extremely helpful for everyone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Fully certified by the IICRC. 20 years of on the job experience. I must admit my extensive experience is more valuable than any certificate. I also consider my work experience to be in customer service.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I kind of fell into it. There was an obvious need for a company who approached things differently than the status quo of poor quality low level work. I created a company that my clients are thrilled to patronize over and over. Most of my clients feel like they are " in the know " about our service.
