This event took place in April 2017, we had a picnic at Hesperia Lakes and we had a great turn out with lots of children. Her staff was awesome! The parents and kids loved them and they were punctual professional and very creative and artistic. May i add this was a public park so i know other kids that weren't part of the event even had a little paint on their face too. We hired the Easter Bunny and a balloon/face paint artist for the Spring Party at our apartment complex. Mr. Bunny came with a handler who helped him maneuver around and he also interacted with the kids. They were all super and the children LOVED them! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We do have a standard pricing system for our service. It is hourly for the most part unless the client requires more than one entertainer or more than two dancers. In those cases, we offer a discount for any additional people they want to hire.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First and foremost, I contact the client personally to obtain more information in regards to their job requirements. I want to make sure that we are able to fulfill their requirements to the best of our ability. After contacting the client initially, I then follow up with pictures and price options. I wait a reasonable amount of time for a response. If I do not get one, I will contact them again to make sure they received our e-mail.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have over 20 years in customer service related work including event planning, personnel, customer service, clerical, billing, receiving and all marketing.
