Introduction: We make all our foods from scratch including sauces, breads, mixes, and more. We love to cook and in return it shows in our food. We don't waste food. We will serve food in a timely manner and replenishing it when needed. We enjoy making our client happy from the beginning with the the menu, then using fresh ingredients, cooking amazingly hot delicious food, presenting it beautifully, having them be full and satisfied, and finally leaving everything spotless. At Safe haven catering we make everything from scratch and put a lot of flavor and creativity into our meals. We are family style cooks, but we love a challenge and are willing to try any recipe or foods you would like. Our goal is to have you NOT worry for one second about the food. We have a passion for food in every way. We start by growing our own ingredients, making sauces, breads, pickling, toppings, and always using fresh ingredients. From the beginning Stephen accommodated everyone in my group. I had vegans, gluten free, and some other picky eaters. I have hired them twice because they have done such an impeccable job. We did a Halloween party with 60 people and they were able to create Delish food that was also adorable and went with the theme. My friends and family took their card and have already hired them for some of their events. They create from scratch , warm delish food. They help with anything you needed ! I just used them for a summer BBQ and their pulled pork is to die for ! They make amazing salads that have such a unique flavor. The fact that they were able to accomadate my vegan and gluten free family members was even more exciting ! Everyone was able to enjoy the food! My vegan friends were so happy to know that the chefs cooked vegan privately for several months so they know exactly how to create amazing food that my non vegan friends didn't even know some of the items were vegan ( spinach artichoke dip, taquitos, and grape leaves ! I would recommend safe haven over and over again. They are more flexible with price and needs then the 4 other quotes I received. Thank you Stephen again !

Thank you for sending me the link to leave you guys a review since I was not able to do it through thumbtack. I do not know how to thank you enough. Especially how crazy I get when I called you guys a 100 times to change things! Stephen was so awesome and understanding! We had a date change and then a menu change and all were perfectly fine with them. They answered all my questions in a timely manner. Showed up on time, labeled and set up my food very quickly. I am just in awe on how amazing everything went. You guys really know how to create unique flavors! Loved the Pulled pork but the grape leaves were to die for! The fresh ingredients really shined through. They explained that the food either came from their garden or farms near them. I loved their home hummus and greek platter it was just amazing! I am so glad I went with safe haven. You will not regret it. I asked for couple items that were not on their menu specifically and they had no problems making them! You do not get that from any caterer. Plus so decently price. Everyone at my party were asking for your cards thank you for leaving us them. Again thank you guys! I cant wait for Holidays we will be calling again. Roxanne
