- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer should know the clear picture of the price. We can show that by providing detailed feature list with efforts breakdown to accomplish a particular functionality. Pricing is probably the toughest thing to do, so being transparent is always an edge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We enjoy meeting our customers face to face and LISTENING to them. What do they need done? What deadlines exist? We hope to convey to them that we are trustworthy and have their best interests in mind at all times
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold Bachelor's degree in computer science and had undergone various training sessions to achieve the expertise level in software development. Moreover, my experience with Mobile app development and website development makes me perfect and the best fit for the required position.
