Introduction: • I have a Kickboxing and Boxing background so I love to mix in techniques into the workout •Never do the same session twice so it keeps the workouts new and exciting • Strong nutrition background • A lot of experience working with a wide array of injuries and conditions (currently working towards my Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy) • Knowledgeable in self defense • Comfortable training pairs and small groups Whether someone's goal is big or small it can be tough to achieve and playing a part in their success is very fulfilling. Also, I enjoy the relationships that I get to develop with my clients. I have been seeing some people multiple times a week for years so not only are they my clients, they're my friends as well.
