- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the customers wish and the type of work to be done there are various ways to price different jobs and usually can work with customer on their preference of billing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I like to meet with them at the place of construction and go over their ideas this then allows for me to create a more accurate quote and for them to meet me face to face in order to be comfortable with me. I usually form a contract where materials and a portion of the bill are paid at first then the rest after completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many skills and have employees with specific skill sets that allows us ability to do all types of work. Most of our training comes from an the job training along with years of experience.
