I needed repair work done on my bathtub/shower area. Steve set up a time to come over, assessed what had to be done and gave me options and prices. I told him which one I wanted. he sent me a picture of what it would look like and went over how the work would proceed. We set up a date and time. He did run into a problem with a family medical emergency but came over and we set up a new time and date. He and his assistant arrive and the work went smoothly. He came back the next day for some finishing touches and a final clean-up and made sure I was happy with the job.
