FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is variable. I know that everyone is on a budget, no matter who they are, and sometimes we don't have the funds to tackle issues that spring up on us. I charge $20-$40 for an initial consultation and diagnostic, and then I quote my customers on my findings for their repair, upgrade, or modification.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work with them in a professional manner in order to best suit their needs. The more comfortable I am with a customer, and vice versa, the cheaper the total costs are for their projects will be from me. I'll work with your budget no matter what our provider-customer relationship currently is. I'm here to help you, not only complete your projects, but help you understand the ins and outs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In high school, I studied the concepts of engineering to advanced problems and solutions. I developed comprehensive solutions to real-world problems including aquaponic farms and magnetic electricity generation. I have training in Computer Science and Maintenance, Robotics Automation, CNC Machining, and Micro Manufacturing.
