- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Normally we will have a consultation, and then we would go shopping for the flowers and decorations of your choice. You would purchase the items and I will then create your desired product, with an additional charge for labor. Costs of everything is determined by the cost of the items you choose, and then the charge for labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After you call and set a consultation appointment, at your appointment you will bring in photos of your color choices for your wedding or event, photos of your dress, your attendants dresses, men's attire, and any ideas you have for decorations. We will go over your vision of your day and create personalized flowers and decorations for your Big Day!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30 years experience in creating flowers and decorations for weddings and events of all kinds, through referrals.
