Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I do all parts of remodeling, with many years of experience behind me, i have worked with home owners and builders in new construction and remodeling. I have also have done commercial construction as a finish carpenter and a tile setter as well as a painter. I have traveled around the U.S doing different commercial buildings. I have experience in rough and finish carpentry drywall hanging and finishing, some electrical and plumbing. I also paint, hardwood floors v.c.t. for commercial and residential basements and i am a master tile setter over 20 years of experience. I like to meet with the customer to go over the project and to findout more about the family as well as the house. Is there children is there pets are there any health issues i need to be concerned about. Builders and landlords we just need to know what you want us to do, make a list of each project individual material list and to confirm that there isn't anything we need to do before we can start the project and to make sure that there is power and heat. I lay down tarps and clean up every night, so I can keep your home as clean as I can. It is important to keep in contact with the customer so that there is no confusion and everyone is on the same page. All I have is my name, so it means everything to make sure that the customer is satisfied with the job all the way through the project. As a team me and you (the customer) must stay in front of the game so there is no confusion or down time and the project will go smoothly. Communication is the key to success.

Refinished a full size bathroom. James does excellent work. Had a great attention to detail. When the bathroom was finished I felt self assured it was done correctly and it looked beautiful. When calling a contractor they often send out a different person every visit which always ends in a half completed mess. That isn't the case with James, he is there from day one until the job is complete. I would highly recommend his work in any part of the house. While working on our bathroom he also did small fixes in our kitchen and on the backyard deck. He gave us options along with accurate price estimates. In the end the job was completed within the time frame given and within budget. We couldn't be happier.

James is an outstanding worker. I hired him to do a full remodel on my kitchen. He came into my home to give me a quote and was very respectful of my family and very friendly to my daughter. He was very professional and understanding that I was on a budget. He worked with me to make sure that I got everything i wanted in my kitchen in my price range with good quality materials. Every day he made sure that my house was cleaned up as much as possible and answered any questions that I had about the process. He was more then willing to take a look at the few other things I was concerned about in my home as well. He even fixed a few of them without being asked. He even notices a few little things that needed to be done and gave me tips on how to do some projects in the home safely with my daughter. He is a very family oriented contractor and wants to make life on you his costumer simpler. i couldn't be happier with the work that he did to my home and will be hiring him again for any other repair that my home will need.
