From the initial contact, to the actual consultation appointment, everything was awesome. Eric and Marley were extremely knowledgeable and gave me great advice regarding my nutrition and exercise regiments. I learned a lot in my one hour consultation appointment. Highly recommend them!

I contacted Marly on Sunday thinking I would see a response on the next business day but instead she emailed me that Sunday and had her associate contact me that same day. We setup an appointment to meet the following day. I met with Erik, her associate, and he was great. Very supportive. Unfortunately I misunderstood the instructions and could not complete one of the test to get me started so he immediately set up another appointment with the owner so I can complete the process. So far my experience has been short but really good. Updates to come :)

I wanted to track my progress over the year with more than a bathroom scale, which led me to Body Metrx. We have been using 3D Body Scan, VO2, RMR, Body Composition (SECA) to track this. Recently I have used Marlys help with diet and meal planning to reach my goal. I have noticed that I seem to have more energy during workouts by following this advice. For me, Body Metrx has helped point me in the direction I want to go and keep me on track.

Yes. All of our pricing can be found on our website. We also offer a membership that saves 25%.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ideally we like to get an individuals resting metabolic rate, consult with them on what their goals are and customize a meal plan around them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Collectively, we have degrees in science, exercise sports science and nutrition. We have board certified dietician, nutritionist, and sports nutritionists that hold a masters in nutritional science and a certified diabetes educator.
