My name is Francis. I specialize in strength training and weight loss. My rate is $50/session and I am available to meet at a mutual location or at a Big Body Fix partnered gym.
With our holistic approach, your personal trainer at Big Body Fix will deliver safe, effective, fun and interesting workouts (in that order) to all fitness-training clients. The training programs we develop varied and progressive, and geared toward improving each clients' health and wellness.
