They will work with you. Understands what you need. They were able to cater my 150 guests. Their favorite was the meatball spaghetti.

Chef Fitch provided quality food and service. He was also punctual, which can be a challenge when the venue is in DTLA. Our guests were very pleased with the menu he offered!

I highly recommend Chef Fitch. Not only was the food amazing , he was flexible and willing to create food options to fit our needs. He was proactive contacting our venue and coordinating behind the scene taking care of everything. Thanks to him,our event turned out beautifully. We will definitely be calling him again

We had a 50th birthday dinner catered by Chef Fitch. Everything was delicious - especially his Korean BBQ ribs!! I would recommend him highly.

Fitch's Kitchen catered my wedding at the Wedding Tree in Point Fermin Park in San Pedro, CA. The food was delicious, it was delivered on time, and Fitch was very understanding about a hiccup with my payment method and delivered food anyway, making sure my day wasn't ruined by an oversight (that was my own doing). I had several guests comment on the food and ask where it was from. THANK YOU!!!
