I'm currently selling my 4th house and have worked with at least 5 contractors. Scott is head and shoulders above the rest. He was willing to discuss my job and give me recommendations, then came in and did impeccable work. This included additional painting that he didn't charge me for. When the job was over, he offered to come back and do touch-ups. He's in demand and you may need to wait to get him on your job, but he is absolutely worth waiting for.

He spent a few days sanding before painting apartment to make sure paint would not have peel problems--unlike other painters I hired. He continuously asked what I wanted done. Delivered a paint job that was recognized as being a very good job--the best of all painters I'd had hired. And was medium priced. He's a good painter if you are painting your own home or an expensive rental. He took a dirty apartment with very dirty and seriously marked walls from child drawings and turned it into a solid bright white apartment that will be rented with little fear of paint peeling in the near future. He is very professional in taping up the apartment to prevent over spray. He does not leave a mess nor drips. He makes sure things look good before he leaves. He went out of his way to deliver a superior project. You can trust him to get the job done.

Working with Scott was great. He was quick with a very reasonable estimate, very responsive when we changed multiple things on him, and he did great work. He painted our whole interior and did a great job. I would definitely use him again for paint jobs.

Set up a bid meeting, listen to what it is they are wanting to do. Answer any questions they may have. Make suggestions if the client is open to it. Assist with colors if needed and providing samples.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
United States Navy, Technical Director Architectural Coatings Frazee Paint. New Product Tesm Frazee Paint.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was the Assitant Food and Beverage Manager of the San Diego Symphony. One of my bartenders asked me to paint with him.
