- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a potential client calls me, I collect information about the project: the situation, the potential scope of work, and the client's requirements. Therefore, when we meet in person, I am prepared and ready to help. I hope, you are ready to work with me, too. We can get right to work and learn more about each other in the process. We will start from defining the needs, scope, styles, and objectives. I believe that trust must be built from both sides. If we then decide to sign a contract, we already have a solid understanding and expectation from each other. Things can only get better from there.
