Introduction: I fell in love with Pilates back in 2002 when I was playing competitive tennis. I found Pilates to be the perfect balance to compliment my training through core work, flexibility and balance. I reconnected with Pilates when I noticed my posture was suffering from sitting at a desk all day. I decided to complete my training and found a deeper understanding of my body - both with regard to skeletal alignment and muscular efficiency - not only helped my posture but everyday mental state. I have become known for teaching challenging classes that include strength training, toning, and stretching.
I love the mind and body connection that happens during Pilates. I love that someone can leave a class feeling stronger, more confident and beautiful in their body. I love sharing this passion of Pilates with others and hope you feel your best after a class.
