- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It all depends on the type of fabric and complexity of garments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First it of all, I'm very flexible with hours because I understand how difficult is to get to places after a full scheduled week. Then, I like to coordinate a phone call to find more about the type of work to be done. Finally, I meet with my clients in my place because is where I have everything I need from measurements to notions and samples to show if possible.
