Highly recommend Alec & Andre. I personally trained with Andre and he helped me get the results I wanted in a shorter amount of time I expected. He knows how to have fun with the workout but he takes it seriously. You can tell they know what they're doing.

I have been training with Andre for the past 2 months and I am already seeing results.  The hardest thing about working out is keeping up.  Work out can be pretty boring sometimes.  Andre's session however is a lot of fun but also very lay back at the same time.  The sessions usually ends with boxing which is one of the funniest and most effective way to work out in my opinion.  He will push you just the right amount so you can continue to improve but not over push you and make you feel bad.  Andre will also design the session to tailor your need and always come prepare to help you achieve your specific goal.

AP Fitness trainers are really good. I have been working out with them for a while. Every workout is catered to what you want to achieve. My fitness is not at par and he understands that and so he started slow with me. He will push you just the right amount so that your body is always in the zone to be confused and you keep growing. He also provided measurements of body fat and lean muscle and how to maintain that.

I have been training with Andre for nearly two months now and have only good things to say.I was looking for someone to push me out of my comfort zone and make the workout exciting and that is exactly what Andre made me do in our sessions.He is professional and takes keen interest in your goals/transformation.I will continue to train with him.
