Very responsive. Very knowledgeable. Flexible in his schedule. Very encouraging and not intimidating. I look forward to working with him in the near future.

My original goal was to lose 50 lbs. From 250 to 200. The final photo, I weigh in at 185. The purpose was to reach a healthy weight in which I could be more active out doors. Kickball, Hiking, Swimming. Etc. I like to climb mountains, and being 250lbs, made that feat seem impossible. When I hit my goal weight, I climbed Mt. Baldy, 10,000 feet of incline, in one day. When I started, I knew nothing about eating correctly, supplements, the right amount of cardio, weight training. As Keith took me under his muscular wing, I started to feel better about myself, each time I went to the gym. Just having a tiny bit of confidence, knowing which machine to use and how to properly do a squat, made me feel better about myself. Working with Keith has kept me hitting my goals, allowed me to properly train and repair the damage I've done to my knees, and made working out fun, because I have a friend there to push me along when I don't push myself. I believe Keith is the right amount of push and kindness when it comes to looking for a trainer. He knew my limits, and he pushed me to them every time, without feeling like I was putting my health at risk.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I offer lower rates based on training frequency as well as package size and level of commitment.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

You will get what you pay for. Seek trainers based on service provided not always the "cheapest" price. You could end up paying more in the long run and wasting more time
