Setter really exceeded my expectations. I rented out my condo while living abroad over the past two years and came back to realize that my tenant had broken my TV and TV mount off it's wall! It was super annoying as I had just painted right before moving away (which wasn't cheap!) and I really did not want to go through the hassle of having to fix this as I knew it would be a multi-person job and potentially expensive. Setter was such a hero though. I loved that they coordinated everything for me. They found the right guys to do the job, came in with a reasonable quote (lower than I expected!), and scheduled in everything pretty quick. I was also super impressed that Setter even managed to ensure that there were enough people on the day of the repair to move my furniture out of the way. I have a large credenza in front of my TV and it was only on the day of the repair that I realized that I might need to help move it. But nope! I literally did not need to lift a finger. Workmanship wise, they did a great job. The patch is hardly noticeable at all. The work took about 1 hour and 45 minutes start to finish. And they cleaned up after themselves, which never happens in my experience. Overall, I was really impressed that Setter took the time to ensure that everyone was set up for success...even me!Nov 14, 2018
