Ive had the pleasure of working with Russ (and Jess) at Solnet for three months now. We first signed on with Solnet for web maintenance of our Drupal system. We were experiencing several problems ongoing after the site was designed by another vendor. Solnet responded immediately to a proposal request, and has been responding quickly to inquiries ever since. Their customer service is exceptional, and they were able to ultimately solve all of our issues after moving our system onto their hosting platform and cleaning up security issues. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flexible pricing. We realize that not all jobs are the same.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by listening, to understand your business and your goals. Once we fully understand your goals we then provide template design ideas. Once a template is chosen we move on to the production stage by building a fully working model of your new site on a development server. After two rounds of corrections, the site will be ready to go live.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our developers and designers are the best in the industry. With art school graduates for design and computer science degrees for our programmers we have the talent it requires to produce beautiful sites that are highly functional. Using todays most advanced Content Management systems you can be sure your system will work flawlessly.
