- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally charge 25$ an hour per teammate working. The break down of the cost goes to gas, top quality cleaning, and top notch healthy cleaning supplies. First time cleans will usually take longer as my team and I clean all of the dirt out of every nook and cranny we can find. After that, the following cleans go much faster. After the first clean, houses are much easier to maintain on a recurring cleaning schedule!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with new customers is introductions, finding out your needs and situation, giving you a quote, making a cleaning date, and then giving you a spectacular home cleaning! For payment, I can send invoices, take cards over phone or in person or I will take cash. Whatever suits you best. I want to make sure you get the best service possible!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a college student studying microbiology and immunology. I am also a Scentsy Consultant and an Usborne Children's Book Consultant. I am a dog walker, house sitter, pet sitter, babysitter, artist, and of course, a cleaning lady.
