Did not show up for scheduled appointment, stated instead, he was installing a doggie door for his girlfriend. Requested to come at an alternate time, did not call, did not show up for second scheduled time. Very unprofessional, discourteous, no work ethic. Would not give future opportunity.

James diagnosed the problem right away made the necessary corrections to correct my wiring issue and made great recommendation on installing a whole house surge suppressor to prevent future power outages. I would highly recommend him for any house repair needs.
