- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free estimates on most projects. Small projects are just a verbal estimate. The price is firm, even if we end up spending more or less time, we will respect our estimate, and we will never charge more or less than what was agreed. Clients are responsible when they accept a quote. If you are unsure whether the price is fair and competitive, we recommend that you obtain different estimates from other companies before it is too late. Our work is professional and guaranteed. We do not leave the property until you are 100% satisfied with the work and the results that we agreed upon. Thank you.
