FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

As is common, I charge per pane of glass. Depending on several factors (which floor, how dirty, etc) prices range from $4 - $7 per pane this also includes a basic track cleaning. Screens are $2 each. A visit is necessary for an exact quote, but the above pricing should provide a rough ballpark figure.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to explain exactly what a customer is paying for, and make sure we are on the same page. After I am finished you will have the opportunity to inspect my work before I leave.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Providing accurate information will give you a more accurate estimate. Also it is useful to be very clear what results you are looking for.
