Robert, from Alpine Ridge Maintenance, arrived on time, brought all his own tools and stayed with the tasks until they were completed. He answered every question and was very professional. He fixed two base board strips in the bathroom and replaced water damaged press board, under the kitchen sink (see pics). He's just starting his business and I think he'll do well with it.
