Will Martin and company cleaned my house in preparation for a tenant. I wish I had met him sooner! I would love that level of cleaning for myself. His estimate was dead on, he cleaned and was out - I couldn't have asked for more! I have rented in another house in Maryland and I would pay his way here, to clean the house I've rented.

We are out of state and hired Will with Martin's Property Care to do work in our absence. He has done a thorough leaf clean up in the pouring rain. The leaves were wet and heavy; yet, he persevered and was sure to make everything looked pristine. He has plowed our driveway several times, including shoveling a path to our front door. He has also kept an eye on our property. When out of town, (or in town, for that matter) one also needs someone who is a good communicator, and is honest and trustworthy. Will is that man! We are so blessed to have found him and be working with him. He is a hard worker...his photos and clients will attest to that. He leaves nothing undone and has a keen attention to detail. He goes above and beyond, and completes work in a timely manner. I met with with the owner, Will, this was my first time purchasing a home and I wanted it cleaned as well as have exterminating services. He was polite, attentive, courteous, knowledgeable. Gave me some tips on what to do to keep pests, like squirrelsome out of my home. He didn't rush when listening to my concerns during the consultation. Once the work was completed, I was so happy. Will and his assistant worked constantly until everything was done. If he didn't like the results, he cleaned it over again until it was as he liked it. He was very professional and hard working. I would hire Martin's Property Care again without any hesitation.

Standard practice is to give free written estimate on all work to be completed. And a Highest quality, lowest price guarantee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I like to meet with them, for a free estimate walking them through all work they are looking to have completed. Then provide a written proposal and lowest price guarantee.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Ny state Commercial Pesticide Applicator. And Ny state licensed to remove nuisance wildlife.
