FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer different types of classes depending on my students. Here are some examples: *General Spanish: all level students who desire to improve their skills to be used in daily life context. *Spanish Tutoring: An reinforcement of a current Spanish program the student is already enrolled (aside work for school or college students). *Spanish Test Preparation/Special Skill Development: Intermediate to advanced Students who desire to strategically develop their skills to achieve a higher score on a test or specific area of learning like reading comprehension or writing style. If you have other friends who want to lean with you, you can get group prices (for two or more students).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have an active teaching style. My lessons are curtailed to your goals and level of Spanish. My first lesson includes an exam to evaluate your current proficiency level. Afterwards we will develop a plan to meet your goals. I use visual games, computer exercises, printed worksheets and other tools like Duolingo. I prefer to maintain a conversational class and work on all skills: reading, writing, speaking, and listening. I generally assign my students homework, it is not difficult or time consuming and it will keep them practicing and improving. We can also work on assignments you may have if you attend another Spanish class or are preparing for an official test like DELE (Diploma de Espanol como Lengua Extranjera). However, I would love to hear what what your goals are. For classes we could meet at a Public Library or Caffe of your convenience. I would also be willing to drive to your home or workplace.
