- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We generally charge $1500 and up for a performance. Much of the "and Up" is related to what overall services the client wants, how far we have to travel, what equipment is required, etc. I prefer to discuss the event with the client as completely as possible before I give out a firm quote. That way, the client understands exactly what is involved in hiring a band. As with anything, you get what you pay for and we prefer to perform for people who know what they want and with us they will receive exactly that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to provide as much information as I can when contacted by a new customer. Due to my extensive experience in all kinds of events, I can often save the client time and money by assisting them with some of the details of their event. I mainly want the client to feel that whenever they contact me that I will respond to them quickly all along the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
