Michael has a passion and gift for health, nutrition, and fitness and helping others achieve their goals. He is an inspiration in the way he lives his own life and is a true example of what a healthy lifestyle can do for someone. He is always positive and uplifting and such a joy to be around day in and day out. He is a leader and a motivator and helped me stay focused and inspired when it came to meeting my goals. I have been working out since I was 13 (28 now) and it’s amazing what an outside perspective can help you achieve if you have an open mind . I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Michael again he genuinely wants you to better yourself! In the span of 6 months I met my goal weight of 235lb ( from 265lb) I maintained most of my muscle mass and got substantially leaner! Thank you Michael....it would have been so much harder without you and I had way more fun crushing my goals with you. Much love! Kyle

Michael is an awesome trainer. l’m sure after one workout you’ll realize it’s more than just fitness to him, it’s his passion. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of fitness from lifestyle to innovative workouts. If you are looking to learn a thing or two and break a good sweat, Michael is your guy. Besides fitness he is an all around good person. The only time he might not seem like a good person is when you are sore the next day. I truly believe training with Michael is one of the best choices you could ever make.
