Introduction: Chef Ed Hardy is truly one of DC best chefs. He's been featured on Food Network's "Chopped" and "Beat Bobby Flay," as well as been numerous times by local publications including the Washington Post, The Washingtonian, NoVA Mag, and others. Between Chef Hardy and his protege Chef Evan Henris they bring a combined 25 years of fine dining experience in some of the world's best kitchens. We live for the creative process with the customer. We don't have "set" menus. We don't believe in them. We love creating a new and different experience each time. We believe the more fun we have, the more fun the client will have.

The BLTs were by far the best I've ever had! Guacamole was amazing too; just the right amount of heat to it. Also had incredible dumplings with a sweet/spicy sauce that were out of this world. Phenomenal!

We were lucky enough to catch Ed, specifically, on an "away trip" in North Carolina where we had him come in to cook for a small gathering in honor of my wife's birthday. We weren't looking for a formal meal, and we had a series of small dishes fit for socializing and gaming while we ate. There were also some innovative sweets for dessert. We got what we were looking for, and everybody had a great time with the food and also with Ed.

Got an awesome chicken biscuit, obviously fresh-made and really really good. The chef was on FoodNetwork too!

Chef Ed is amazing! His dishes are unique in a way that makes you feel like you've been missing out. Every food item I've tried has changed my culinary standards. In fact, my fiancé and I love his food so much we asked him to cater our wedding! I cannot wait until our guests get to taste a bit of the magic that Chef Ed creates.

Chef Ed is an absolute culinary wizard. I've been to a number of small events which he catered/cooked for and every time I was simply amazed by the sublime food. I've actually asked him to cater my upcoming wedding because of my previous experiences and am hoping my guests are just as blown away as I have been in the past.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Because we make each event and experience "from scratch" every pricing is slightly different. However, we also feel that we can beat most of our competitors prices even when considering our commitment to quality. Don't believe it? Give us another competitor's quote and we'll match it!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We want to know as much about you as possible! We prefer a phone conversation or face-to-face as we are able to start getting a lot more nuance as to what your preferences are.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
